Outreach to Retirees(From 70yr +). 2 times a year.
(i). Easter Retreat- Centered on Spiritual grooming activities and koinonia with welfare package.
(ii). December outreach Carnival, featuring: Quiz, Best Dancer award, Special songs, Prop-Drama, Buffet, Best Attire Award, Best Couple of the year Award, Gifts and lots more.

FWelfarism. Physical medical checkup, Free Glasses, First Aid administration, Xmas Gift packages, novelty Match.

Exercises for wellness, indoor and simple outdoor games, novelty match, involving in House to House Evangelism, deploying talents for productivity at old age(Psms.92:12-15), like SCHAOUT CHOIR, SCHAOUT DRAMA, SCHAOUT PRAYER WARRIOR.

Recreational/Resort Centre, which shall be an expanse of land containing among others:
